"I won't accept insipid first-half performances like that," said the Reds manager. "I never for one moment thought we wouldn't score so I can't believe we haven't.
"I've no complaints about the result. They took their chance in the first half and we squandered a lot of chances. We pressed in the second half without really hurting them and we didn't show the same attitude as we have in previous games.
"I'm annoyed as people say we are flying at the moment, but we're not that high in the table and we have let ourselves down against Dagenham."
