Coleman said: "It was our biggest win of the season, especially after playing with 10 men against Fulham on Saturday.
"Aldershot are a good side but our team have a desire and will to win and it was massive for us.
"We took our goals well and I think we deserved the win. They got it back to 1-1 but we didn't sulk and we stuck our chest out and kept going."
