Duo pen long-term deals

Accrington manager John Coleman and his assistant Jimmy Bell have agreed new five-year contracts with the club. The duo, who have continually been linked with moves away from the Crown Ground, will sign the deal when Coleman returns from collecting his UEFA Pro Licence in Ireland. "The club have offered us a very good contract and one that we're happy to sign," Bell told the club's official website. "We've always been happy at the club. The one thing we've always wanted is a bit of security. We've always been more than happy with the fans and the way we've been treated and we just wanted everything doing right." Chief executive Robert Heys added: "We are delighted to have secured the services of John and Jimmy on this new, long-term deal. "They have done fantastic things here at Accrington Stanley and the most exciting thing is that we firmly believe there is more to come."
