"We hope it will really improve the first impression of Accrington Stanley, and we want to improve the facilities and make it a community facility as well," Heys told the Lancashire Telegraph.
"We're hoping to put plans together in the next three or four weeks and hopefully we should be able to get work started as quickly as possible after that."
