Northern Ireland Under-21 defender Flynn, who joined Blackburn from Ballymena in January 2008, has also been on loan at Chester this season.
Fellow international team-mate Kee has featured 19 times for the Reds, scoring three goals, since signing on loan from the Foxes back in August.
