STANLEY GO MAD!

I was stepping into the car after Burnley's 1-1 draw with Rotherham United in which ex-CLaret (and brother of Stanley star Paul) John Mullin scored for Utdwhen the Conference results came on, "Yes, just in time, I thought, time to see how much Accy won by.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

"Accrington 1..." Oh yes, I-0 or perhaps 1-1, "...Telford 5". I couldn't believe my ears were putting me through this. After a clean sheet against Huddersfield and one of our defenders getting England recognition how could we 'do-a-Burnley' and get thrashed just weeks later? I thought that maybe Stanley had secretly signed Marlon Beresford or something. Paul Mullins gave us a little, tiny, crumb-sized conselation. Well, at least we can score even when we've conceded 5.

We now need to find out just what went wrong and put it right in time for our next game. Of course these kind of things happen to all clubs now and again (although with Burnley its usually every 2 week or so), even Man U have slip ups, remember the 3-1 to Fulham score earlier this season but we can not make excuses, he got hammered, now lets put the nail in those proformances and call it a one-off.
