Stanley Loan Lillywhites Defender

Stanley have taken Preston North End's young defender Darren Kempson for one month, in time for Saturday's match against Dagenham & Redbridge. The 19 year old is currently in Preston's youth squad and will provide valuable cover while Steve Halford serves his suspensions and Jonathon Smith sits out with his broken wrist. Darren has not yet signed a professional contract with PNE and so is classed as being on work experience rather than on loan with Stanley. He will take squad number 30 while he is with us.
