Damian was signed half way through last season after his impressive performances fro Burnley's reserve and youth teams. He was initially taken on trial by the club but John Coleman decieded to snap him up as a sgtar for the future after playing well in the Stanley reserve side. Hindle, though, has failed to break into the first team setup at Stanley this season and was sent out on loan wearlier this season to gain first team experience, he has since made a appearences on the bench but the managment team have decieded that the striker is not part of their plans and did not stand in the way of UniBond League promotion chasers Hyde United.

Also leaving the club in simlar circumstances is Shaun Tuck. Also a striker, Shaun was signed up by the club this August after being convinced by his prolific run in the reserve team after being scouted by the club. Like Damian, Shaun failed to make an impression on the first team and has been allowed
Tuck is now a Marine player
to leave for Marine who play in the Unibond League.

The club has insisted, though, that the moves may only be temporary and that the wto may return to the club at a futuredate. This is simlar to what happened with another young striker that was on the books at Accrington, Lee Madin, this is the response the club made when asked about him soon after he left.

"Lee Madin is a Hyde United player, however we do still hold his Nationwide Conference registration. He could still play for us and he would not be able to sign for another Conference side unless we released him."
