John Coleman admitted to feeling devastated after his Accrington side were robbed of all three points in the dying minutes.

The Stanley boss saw his side switch off defensively as Woking's Raphael Nade plundered a goal from close range to complete Woking's spirited comeback from a 2-0 deficit.

"The second goal was a bad one for us to give away and we have to learn from it if our season isn't going to peter out into mediocrity after a good one so far. We dominated for long periods but credit to Woking for putting us under pressure in the final 20 minutes." Stanley had taken a first half lead through Lutel James, who fired home from 12 yards after Rory Prendergast had picked him out in the box.

Paul Mullin had added to that score 12 minutes after the break as Stanley looked in complete control. Prendergast's free kick from the left was headed back across goal by Darren Kempson after it was only half cleared, Mullin volleyed the ball home from close range.

Woking introduced substitute Scott Canham to bring about some much-needed guile in midfield and Cards gave themselves hope in the 68th minute.

Karl Murray's 25-yard effort smashed against the crossbar and Amos Foyewa stooped to head the rebound past Jon Kennedy.

The home team huffed and puffed in the final third but hardly created anything clear cut until right at the death.

After the fourth official had put up the board adding on an unexpected five extra minutes. Nade arrived at the far post to steer home the dramatic leveller.

Woking boss Glenn Cockerill praised his players afterwards saying: "We've got this never-say-die attitude and I always felt we could come back into it. We were a bit over-cautious in the first half but I thought we were the only team in it in the second.

"To get back to 2-0 against a well organised side was very pleasing and I am delighted with the players."
