The defender suffered the problem during a 2-0 defeat to Dartford on Tuesday night.
Dorchester manager Ashley Vickers said: "He's done his knee ligaments, but we're waiting to see.
"He had ice on it after the game and we'll have to wait for it to be assessed by Aldershot. Injuries happen when you have this many games coming thick and fast."
