Cisak relishing keeper competition

New Accrington goalkeeper Alex Cisak is looking forward to a successful career with the League Two side following his move to the Crown Ground this summer. The Polish-born stopper, 21, left Leicester, where he had been since 2007, to challenge for first-team football with the Lancashire team. Cisak told the club's official website: "I'm settling in really well. They're a great bunch of lads, the manager and assistant have been really good and I can't wait for the challenges ahead." The ex-Australia Under-20 international is one of three new faces at Stanley this summer and will be in competition with Ian Dunbavin for the number one jersey. Cisak added: "Me and Bav will have some good competition this season I think and I'm more than ready for the challenge. I'm looking forward to playing as many games as possible. Me and Ian have got on really well so far and the lads have been really friendly. "Obviously it's difficult at first with so many trialists getting to know each other but I'm looking forward to what the new season brings and hopefully we'll be celebrating in May!"
